Publication number: 20150014979Abstract: This invention, The Wind Cure Band Folder, replaces the common band folder, which offers the singular utility of providing a place to store sheet music. The Wind Cure Band Folder not only stores sheet music but also provides a solution to the perennial problem of how to keep one's sheet music from blowing away when rehearsing or performing outdoors. It does this by using transparent material for both the pockets and flaps on the inside of the band folder, and by providing a way to attach the band folder itself to the music stand.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 8, 2013Publication date: January 15, 2015Inventor: Wesley Robert Waggoner

Patent number: 7734974Abstract: An integrated circuit 2 includes a plurality of circuit blocks 38, 40, 44 each having an associated serial scan chain loop 32, 34, 36 which extends from a converter 10, to the circuit block 38, 42, 44 in question and then back to the converter 10. Multiplexing circuitry 50, 52 associated with each serial scan chain loop 32, 34, 36 is used to either include that serial scan chain loop 32, 34, 36 in a combined serial scan chain or to bypass that serial scan chain loop 32, 34, 36. The circuit blocks 38, 42, 44 may be bypassed in this way if they are defective or if they are powered-down.Type: GrantFiled: July 11, 2007Date of Patent: June 8, 2010Assignee: ARM LimitedInventors: Robert Campbell Aitken, Dipesh Ishwerbhai Patel, Gary Robert Waggoner

Patent number: 6264161Abstract: A portable music stand includes a panel assembly composed of hinged elongate panel sections, two spaced-apart elongate walls or shelves running along one of the panel sections, and opposed end walls mounted to that same panel section and to the shelves, thus to form a container with one open side. The music stand also includes a mounting assembly with a base, a telescoping column extending upwardly from the base, and a brace at the top of the column and releasably coupled to the panel assembly. When in an open, flat configuration, the panel assembly cooperates with the shelves to provide a desk to support sheet music and accessories. Alternatively, the panel sections can be pivoted to a closed position in which the panel sections are wrapped about the container to close it. The mounting assembly is collapsible into a configuration that fits inside the container, and thus can be carried within the closed container.Type: GrantFiled: January 4, 2000Date of Patent: July 24, 2001Inventor: W. Patent number: 5410945Abstract: A pressure control accumulator for hydraulic brake systems includes a housing having a brake fluid port and a cavity communicating with the port. A staged series of resilient membranes is disposed within the cavity for nullifying hydraulic brake fluid pulsations over a wide range of pressures. The staged series preferably includes a resilient diaphragm disposed adjacent the port for nullifying hydraulic brake fluid pulsations at low and normal pressures by itself and maintaining the brake fluid on one side of the diaphragm, and a resilient membrane disposed remote from the port and normally spaced from the diaphragm, the diaphragm and the remotely-disposed membrane cooperatively nullifying hydraulic brake fluid pulsations at high pressures by providing a plurality of resilient resistances in series. The remotely disposed membrane may be a second diaphragm.Type: GrantFiled: August 17, 1993Date of Patent: May 2, 1995Assignee: Richard SchopsInventors: Richard Schops, Robert Waggoner
