    Abstract: Enzymatically catalysed process, in which reaction water formed is continuously removed through a non-porous, water-permeable membrane. The enzyme is immobilised on the membrane. The invention further relates to a non-porous, water permeable membrane, with immobilised thereon an enzyme, as well as to a reactor in which such a membrane is used. Lipases are preferred enzymes in the above.
