Abstract: Apparatus for providing digital content based upon a geospatial location. A handheld smart device with a controller and digital storage uses programmable code executable upon command to cause the smart device to transceive a request for digital content from a transceiver located at a specific geospatially defined area. The geospatial position of the smart device is determined using ultra-wideband (UWB) wireless communications. Pertinent digital content is selected based on the geospatial position and the user's need for accessing the information, using artificial intelligence (AI). An interactive user interface on the smart device combines real-world and virtual content. The interactive user interface may be dynamically updated based on the user's location, orientation, and display selected digital. Sensor data from IoT sensors located at the geospatial position may be included in the interface and associated with virtual tags. Multifactor authentication may control access to the digital content.
