The general instrument is selected from a predetermined group of off-the-shelf instruments. The first size-specific instrument has a first size selected from predetermined sizes. The patient-specific instrument includes a three-dimensional contoured engagement surface configured to nest into a portion of a native anatomy in a single location. A portion of the second portion being asymmetrical to the first portion of the body. The first and second portions of the body define a fluid passageway between an inlet and an outlet of the body. A portion of the fluid passageway is centrally disposed from the inlet of the body along an axis of the body. A portion of the fluid passageway angles obliquely substantially near the outlet of the body. The outlet of the fluid passageway has a diameter greater than the diameter of the passageway.

Abstract: The present invention concerns animal kennels or crates that provide a means for housing, containing and training animals, and in particular, domesticated house pets such as dogs and cats. The crate is collapsible so that it can be disassembled and transported in a convenient fashion. The crate is comprised of side panels, end panels and a top panel that define the boundaries of the crate. These panels are secured together through the use of edge pieces that are strong enough to maintain the integrity of the crate when placed under the stresses associated with an animal trying to escape, while also being flexible enough to provide for an easy means of assembling and disassembling the crate. Corner caps are placed on the corners of the crate and a removable base can be clipped to the crate. The edge pieces and corner cap also provides the crate with an aesthetically appealing appearance that reduces the perception of crates being cruel to the animal.

A rim portion of the cover assembly is defined by an aperture formed through the cover assembly and an integral spout is formed in a section of the rim portion for controllably pouring liquids from the pitcher. A mouth is formed at one end of the jar and a necked portion is formed on a surface of the jar spaced apart from the mouth. A diameter of the necked portion is smaller than a diameter of the mouth and includes a concave portion which is sized and dimensioned for matably engaging the ring member. Thread portions formed on cooperative surfaces of the cover assembly and the ring member attach the cover assembly to the jar. Included in the cover assembly is a cap for covering the aperture in the cover assembly and a lid assembly carried on the cap and movable relative to the cap and the spout formed on the rim portion.
