  • Publication number: 20240034745
Abstract: The invention provides a facile process for preparing various Group VI precursor compounds useful in the vapor deposition of such Group VI metals onto solid substrates, especially microelectronic semiconductor device substrates. The process provides an effective means to obtain such volatile materials, which can then be sources of molybdenum, chromium, or tungsten-containing materials to be deposited on such substrates. Additionally, the invention provides a method for vapor deposition of such compounds onto microelectronic device substrates.

  • Patent number: 11449746
Abstract: Behavioral verification of user identity includes building a deep neural network for keystroke-based behavioral verification of user identity. The building includes receiving recorded keystroke events, each such recorded keystroke event including (i) an indication of whether the recorded keystroke event is a key press or a key release, (ii) a key identifier of the respective key pressed or released, and (iii) a timestamp of the recorded keystroke event. The building further includes performing pre-processing of the recorded keystroke events to provide data structures representing sequential key events for processing by a deep neural network to extract local patterns, and training the deep neural network using the data structures. The method also includes providing the trained deep neural network for keystroke-based behavioral verification of user identity based on determinate vectors output from the trained deep neural network.

  • Publication number: 20220253297
Abstract: In some implementations, a system may receive code for a package to be deployed on a cloud computing platform. The system may cause the cloud computing platform to build the package from the code. The system may install the package on the cloud computing platform in a first non-production environment, wherein the first non-production environment is a development environment. The system may automatically test the package in the first non-production environment based on first testing information for the first non-production environment in a configuration file associated with the code. The system may deploy the package on the cloud computing platform in a production environment. The system may automatically test the package in the production environment based on second testing information for the production environment in the configuration file.
