    Abstract: A rifle sling having two belts with buckles connected via a ring that can be secured to a hoist line. Two straps are connected to the two belts via the buckles to permit adjustment of the sling. The two straps have wraparound portions at the other ends thereof that are tightened around the stock and barrel of the rifle. Frictional material on the wraparound portions retains the straps in position on the stock and barrel. The angle of the rifle relative to a ground surface is determined by selectively adjusting the length of the straps.
