Abstract: A package for storing a formulated liquid inoculating solution containing rhizobia and process for growing rhizobia in it, wherein the package is comprised of a bag with layer of flexible PVC or yet a simple or double layer of PEBD (Low Density Polyethylene Film) provided with a plastic beak with a silicone rubber. The process allows the inoculation step with stocks of rhizobia recommended in the nutritive solution originally contained within the plastic bags, followed by allowing growing of bacteria to occur in its own package, discarding the use of fermenters to promote the growing of colonies up to at least 108.
