  • Patent number: 12553797
Abstract: An adjustable automobile subframe alignment fixture for inspecting a subframe includes one or more bases; one or more rails, connected to the one or more bases, having indexing positions to accommodate multiple sized subframes; and one or more connection points, adjustably mounted on the one or more rails, configured to receive risers and/or jigs for adjusting to a geometry of the subframe and allowing structural integrity of the subframe to be determined. If the geometry of the subframe matches the geometry of the fixture, the subframe is structurally sound. If the geometry of the subframe fails matches the geometry of the fixture, the subframe lacks structural integrity.

  • Patent number: 12330703
Abstract: A mobile welding cart designed to incorporate and integrate components to lift the welding unit, and to provide power for accessory components and tools, is provided. The cart comprises a base frame, supported by four wheels, connected to a lifting platform by way of a scissor lift mechanism. The lifting platform is operable between an expanded position and a retracted position. A storage compartment is located on the lifting platform and a welder is located on top of the storage compartment. The cart also includes a power box connected directly to the rear of the storage compartment that is designed to receive power from a single extension cord connected to the input power of choice. This power box may provide power to all required components and may be equipped with components to convert the power emanating from a power supply in the power box.

  • Publication number: 20250100855
Abstract: A variable height fixturing system is provided. The system includes a base having a top base end and an opposing bottom base end; an aperture located within the top base end having an outer and inner aperture walls; a telescoping piston having axial cutouts along an external piston wall and capable of axial relative movement within the aperture, where the aperture configured to restrict the piston to sliding axially up and down; a rotating lock collar having one or more mating extrusions, where the one or more mating extrusions are configured to be received in the one or more external relief cutouts of the collar capture section; and a handle connected to the rotating lock collar. The base includes a collar capture section having one or more external relief cutouts; a connecting mechanism; and a main base body integrally connected between the collar capture area and the connecting mechanism.

  • Patent number: 12104639
Abstract: A fastener assembly having a novel capture feature, or features, integrated within a unique and a newly defined portion of the fastener which protrudes from the working surface is provided. The fastener assembly comprises a bolt and a circular clip. The bolt comprises a threaded shank having a longitudinal axis and a transverse axis orthogonal to the longitudinal axis; a head section continuous with the shank, the head section comprising a head; a washer portion; and a groove integrally formed between the head and the washer portion. The circular clip is configured to be received within the groove of the head section.
