    Abstract: The present invention provides methods and compositions for treating disorders associated with hyperactive immune responses. The invention also provides methods for lithibiting activation of CD4+ T cells and/or suppressing proliferation other overactivated T cells (e.g., CD4CD8 T cells). These methods typically involve the administration to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound that lithibits or suppresses IL-7 signaling or IL- 15 signaling.
