Abstract: A process for the introduction of a composition containing additives and coadjuvants in a thermal treatment for chemical, physical, microbiological, and sensory preservation of beverages in plastic containers. The process includes the introduction of an enzymatic complex and a group of chemical preservatives associated with a special thermal treatment into beers and other types of beverages through dosing pumps before the product's packaging. This process eliminates the problems of high oxygen permeability and low mechanical resistance to pasteurization temperatures, which are normally presented by plastic containers.
