  • Patent number: 10071865
Abstract: A machine (1) for separating elements (100) comprising multiple tracks (2), each of which defines a feed track (2a), wherein the track (2) includes an outlet opening (20) through which the elements (100) exit; multiple vibration devices (3), each of which is individually connected to only one track (2) and suited for transmitting mechanical vibrations to the connected track (2) to generate feed of the elements (100) along the feed track (2a); a detection mechanism (4) for detecting the elements (100) which leave the track (2) through the outlet opening (20); a control mechanism (5) for controlling the separation machine (1) which control mechanism is functionally connected to the detection mechanism (4) and the vibration devices (3) and suited for commanding stop of one of the vibration devices (3), if the detection mechanism (4) detects passage of an element (100) through the outlet opening (20) of the connected track (2).

  • Publication number: 20160289007
Abstract: A conveyor including a mass (1), preferably a conveyor trough, and a vibration generator (2), preferably a pneumatic piston/cylinder unit, one portion of which is connected directly or indirectly to the mass (1) and the other portion of which is preferably connectable to a countermass (3), preferably a foundation or a frame, to cause the mass (1) to vibrate. The mass (1) is connected to the countermass (3) by at least one resilient connecting element (4) and at least one guiding element (5).

  • Publication number: 20160244265
Abstract: A vibrating machine (1; 11) is described, in particular for machines for separating bulk foodstuffs, comprising the following features: a drive (3) suitable for generating vibrations at a frequency and with an amplitude, transmission members (4) suitable for transmitting the vibrations generated by the drive to an external element, and, in particular, an amplifier (5) suitable for amplifying the vibrations generated by the drive (3). The drive comprises an electromagnetic drive and/or a piezo actuator.

  • Patent number: 5353917
Abstract: The multiple-channel vibrating feeding table includes a table provided with a plurality of mutually adjacent troughs which define the channels for conveying loose parts, motor element for vibrating the table, and elements for connecting each of the troughs to the motor elements, the connecting elements being individually actuatable in order to vibrate only selected trough or troughs.

  • Patent number: 5277300
Abstract: A multiple-channel vibrating table for feeding loose parts, including a table which is constituted by a plurality of feeder troughs which are arranged mutually side by side, define the channels for conveying loose parts and are vibrated in order to cause the advancement of the parts along the troughs themselves. The vibrating table further comprises at least one return trough arranged to the side of one of the feeder troughs in order to receive the parts which exit laterally from the feeder trough. The return trough can be activated with a vibrating motion which exerts, on the parts present in the return trough, an advancement action in the direction opposite to the advancement action exerted on the parts in the feeder trough.
