  • Patent number: 8646966
Abstract: A disposable shaker has an upper cover part having a multi-compartment with compartments closed by a membrane and containing components of the desired cocktail and having a lower cup part rotatingly associated to the cover part with teeth for tearing the membrane. The separation walls forming the compartments are obtained as substantially U-shaped hollow walls, opening outwards and having the transverse side of the U-shape forming the surface for fixing the membrane. Along the longitudinal axis of the multi-compartment the separation walls are joined in a single piece with an axial duct which is extended along the multi-compartment. Also provided for is an element suitable to guarantee proper positioning between the cover part and the cup part in the assembled position, and elastic locking elements preventing the shaker from opening after preparing the cocktail. The shaker may have an “overturned arrangement” of the internal structures of the cover and cup.

  • Patent number: 8147120
Abstract: A disposable shaker (1) made of synthetic material having a cup-like cover (3) and a cup-like base (2) which can be removably connected together and have or form the one or the other (2; 3) a container with a plurality of bins (4) which contain the ingredients for a desired cocktail and are closed by a membrane (6) which is tearable by means of tearing teeth (7) in one-piece with said cover (3) or base (2) inside thereof. In a preferred embodiment the shaker (1) is provided with unambiguous guiding manipulation means (20) for the membrane tearing stroke and shaker opening stroke after the mixing or shaking phase for the cocktail preparation.

  • Publication number: 20100121245
Abstract: The invention relates to an auxiliary device for wearing an elastic stocking comprising a first piece of tissue, comprised of slippery material; and a second piece of tissue, comprised of slippery material, coupled along a first portion of its edge with a corresponding first portion of the edge of said first piece of tissue, so as to realise an funnel shaped pocket, closed on its bottom; wherein said first and second pieces of tissue respectively comprise a first and a second guide slot, placed in correspondence of said pocket bottom; and in that it comprises a band having a first end fixed in correspondence of the free portion of said edge of said first piece of tissue and a second end fixed in correspondence of the free portion of said edge of the second piece of tissue, said band passing through said first and second guide slots and having such a length to realise a ring (6?) in correspondence of said slots, said ring being usable for grasping when said device and said elastic stocking are put on, for pull
