  • Patent number: 12624555
Abstract: A windproof and anti-fragmentation device of a raised flooring includes a plurality of support plates of cover tiles. The support plates are arranged side by side and each have a groove defined on a perimeter portion. The windproof and anti-fragmentation device also includes an anchoring washer configured to be coupled to the support plates and having an edge emerging transversely with respect to the perimeter of the anchoring washer and conformed so as to partially fit inside the groove of two contiguous plates so as to keep those plates joined together.

  • Publication number: 20230228078
Abstract: A linear drain group of fluids from an environment having a collection channel of fluids to be drained includes a cover body, superimposed on the collection channel, and a plurality of support feet coupled to the cover body and arranged resting on the collection channel to support the weight of the cover body. A discharge unit has a drain hole located on the bottom of the collection channel and shaped to allow drainage of the flow of fluids. The collection channel has a plurality of shaped reliefs emerging from the bottom so as to provide the support feet with a base in elevation with respect to the bottom. The shaped reliefs are arranged in succession on at least two parallel orders and a plurality of areas of the bottom are interposed between each order to limit the overall dimensions of the reliefs.

  • Patent number: 10934712
Abstract: An underlayment membrane between a base surface and an outer coating of a building surface includes a base layer and multiple protrusions extending from the base layer to retain conditioning elements. The protrusions define a plurality of paths, between their side walls for the conditioning elements, which include: first straight portions defined by pairs of protrusions positioned side by side and spaced apart by a distance at most equal to the thickness of the conditioning elements, to hold them by friction; one or more second corrugated portions defined by two or more protrusions spaced apart by a predefined distance greater than the thickness of the conditioning elements and arranged in pairs aligned along lines, which obliquely intersect the path so that a conditioning element is retained by elastic-mechanical contrast with the side walls of the protrusions, the first and second portions of the paths being aligned with each other.
