  • Patent number: 10620617
Abstract: A maintenance method of an electromechanical device comprises the steps of: —making available to a control unit of the electromechanical device data communication means based on a wireless communication protocol; —providing an operator a portable electronic device suitable to implement augmented reality and having a database in which is stored a list of maintenance operations that can be performed on the electromechanical device, —activating data communication between the electronic control unit and the portable electronic device and transferring from the first to the second the status signals and/or possible alarm signals; —in the presence of at least one alarm signal, correlating said alarm signal with at least one maintenance operation and communicating to the operator, thanks to augmented reality, the alarm signal and the maintenance operations related to said alarm signal.

  • Patent number: 10549955
Abstract: A sill (1, 1?) for a lift door is manufactured with a method that includes the steps of providing at least one support element (2) and an upper profile (4) that defines at least a boundary surface (6) of a first groove longitudinal (8) for slidingly receiving a lift door. The support element (2) and the upper profile (4) are joined, placing a first demarcation profile (10, 10?) alongside the upper profile (4), so that a boundary surface (12) of the first demarcation profile delimits part of the first longitudinal groove (8). A sliding transversal cross-section of the first longitudinal groove (8) is adjusted by approaching/distancing the boundary surfaces (6, 12) and, having obtained a desired sliding transversal cross-section, constraining the mutual position of the first demarcation profile (10, 10?) and of the upper profile (4).

  • Patent number: 9663329
Abstract: Lift cages are provided which include a crosspiece which houses drive mechanisms, an access aperture and two cage doors which are operatively connected to a first motor element which moves the cage doors from an open position to a closed position. Such cage doors may include a second motor element mechanically and operatively separate from the first motor element, wherein said second motor element is connected to a blocking/releasing carriage of the cage doors. The blocking/releasing carriage may be connected to at least one chute connected to at least one of said cage doors, so as to permit the blocking/releasing of the chutes independently of the actuation of the first motor element and of the cage doors.

  • Publication number: 20130333983
Abstract: Landings or car doors for lifts are provided which include a frame which defines the perimeter of an access aperture of the door, the frame comprising a pair of uprights and a pair of crossbeams, the crossbeams respectively comprising an upper horizontal sliding guide and a lower horizontal sliding guide, at least two reciprocally sliding panels to open and close the access aperture of the door. Advantageously, sliding devices and closure devices may be directly attached to each panel so that the panels are self-supporting, wherein the sliding devices couple with the sliding guides of the crossbeams to permit and guide the opening and closing movements of the panels and the closure devices are suitable to block and release the panels. Methods for mounting doors are also provided.
