  • Publication number: 20240266133
Abstract: A switching device for an electrical appliance has a housing and an adjustably designed switch therein that operates cyclically. An adjusting device for setting a different cycle behavior of the switch is provided that acts mechanically on the switch. It has a rotary shaft with a varying contour device that has along the circumferential direction a varying contour. An electrothermic tripping device is provided for the switch and has a heating element and two electrical connections thereto. At least one connection has two disconnectable connecting contacts in the current path of the connection. The switching device has a disconnector which acts mechanically on one of the connections of the tripping device in order to disconnect its two connecting contacts. The disconnector can be moved in a disconnecting rotary angle range of the rotary shaft by the contour device, in order to disconnect the connecting contacts in the disconnecting rotary angle range, and otherwise not.

  • Patent number: 11665787
Abstract: A heating device in the form of a radiant heating device for a hob has a sheet-like support with a support top side, with at least one heating element on the support top side, which heating element is highly corrugated and runs in tracks in a laying pattern. The heating element has at least two heating conductor strips which each have lateral sides and a top edge and a bottom edge. These at least two heating conductor strips are placed together or placed on one another by way of their mutually facing lateral sides and are at least partially in contact. The at least two heating conductor strips are connected to one another in a fixed and non-detachable manner, advantageously before corrugation.

  • Publication number: 20220372988
Abstract: An impeller pump for a dishwasher has a pump housing comprising a pump upper portion, pump lower portion and pump outer wall in which a pump chamber is arranged. It has a pump inlet into the pump housing and a pump outlet out of the pump housing and a heating device, which forms the pump outer wall, and a pump drive having a drive rotor, a drive stator having a stator winding and a bearing shaft. The bearing shaft is fixedly arranged on the pump housing and the drive rotor is fixedly connected to the drive rotor and they are rotatably arranged on the bearing shaft. The stator winding is arranged on a region of the pump lower portion which adjoins the pump chamber at the other side thereof in an outward radial direction so that between the pump chamber and stator winding only one wall of the pump lower portion extends so that the stator winding is surrounded by the pump chamber in an annular manner. It can thus be effectively cooled by water in the pump chamber.

  • Publication number: 20210116132
Abstract: A method for the operation of a radiant heating device for a cooktop, which device comprises two separately operable heating elements that are arranged in loops on a carrier and that are individually connectable to a power supply, and comprises a heat maintenance mode, a cooking mode and a boost mode. In the heat maintenance mode, only one heating element, with a single, fixed, relatively low heat maintenance power, is operated. In the cooking mode a different element is operated with adjustable power, and is adjusted between a relatively low minimum cooking power and a relatively high maximum cooking power. In the boost mode, all the heating elements of the radiant heating device are operated, wherein the power of all the heating elements is fixed and not adjustable.

  • Patent number: 10186387
Abstract: An electrical control device has a control device casing, switching means being adapted for rotary operation in the control device casing, unlockable blocking means and a rotating shaft for rotary operation of the switching means, wherein the rotating shaft runs through an unlockable blocking means. The blocking means and the rotating shaft have two projections and two corresponding recesses. In a blocking position of the control device the projections are engaging into the recesses for blocking a rotation, and in a rotation position the projections are positioned or moved outside of the recesses for free rotation of the rotating shaft. For unlocking the blocking means or for a transition from the blocking position to the rotation position to take place an axial movement of the rotating shaft along its longitudinal axis is effected. In a simple way, the rotating shaft needs to be pressed into the control device for unlocking.
