Abstract: Embodiments of a method for operating a mobile application using backend-for-frontend in a tiered software framework comprises: communicating, by a mobile aggregator, first messages over a wireless communication network with a frontend of the mobile application executing in a mobile device, the messages comprising instructions in Remote Procedure Call protocol; identifying services of the mobile application called by the instructions, the services executing in a cloud network; generating second messages in another protocol compatible with communication in the cloud network; and communicating the second messages to the services. The mobile application includes a presentation layer, an application layer, and a data layer. The presentation layer executes in the mobile device, the application layer executes in a first server in the cloud network, the data layer executes in a second server in the cloud network, and the mobile aggregator does not store any history of the messages.

Abstract: Embodiments of a method for a lead portal with unified login for child applications in a tiered software framework include receiving a login credential at a lead portal displayed in a frontend of a parent application; and displaying a subset of child applications selected from a plurality of child applications on the lead portal, the subset being selected based on the login credential. The parent application comprises the tiered software framework having a first tier, a second tier and a third tier arranged according to hierarchical data access. The child applications are to use resources except data common across multiple tiers at a backend of the parent application. The child applications are to use data specific to the third tier. The login credential is of a lead associated with the third tier, and different login credentials are associated with correspondingly different subsets of the child applications.

Abstract: Embodiments of a method for facilitating spam blocking in a tiered software framework include: determining that a message template is generated in the tiered software framework, parsing the message template, automatically performing a semantic search for regulated content in the parsed message template, assigning a score to the message template based on the semantic search, and responsive to the score being higher than a predetermined threshold, blocking generating of any message from the message template. The tiered software framework comprises a first tier, a second tier, and a third tier, the second tier comprises accounts of a first plurality of subscribers, the third tier comprises subaccounts of the accounts, the subaccounts associated with a second plurality of subscribers, and the message template is associated with one of the subaccounts in the third tier.
