  • Patent number: 9930865
Abstract: A height adjustable pet food bowl is capable of being secured to a flat surface by means of a suction cup contained within a base portion. The pet food bowl is positioned at a tilted orientation for easier feeding by the pet. The bowl utilizes volumetric graduations displayed on an inner surface. In an exemplary embodiment, measurements are denoted in increments of cups.

  • Patent number: 6187444
Abstract: Described are photochromic polyurethane coatings that meet commercially acceptable “cosmetic” standards for optical coatings. Also described are articles having such coatings. The coatings exhibit a Fischer microhardness of from 50 to 150 Newtons per mm2 and improved photochromic properties, i.e., the formation of darker activated colors and faster rates of photochromic activation and fade when irradiated with ultraviolet light.

  • Patent number: 6042737
Abstract: Describes a process for improving the adhesion of polymeric coatings to organic polymeric substrates and photochromic polymeric substrates. The process comprises irradiating the surface of a polymeric substrate prepared from or coated with a monomer composition having acrylic functionality in an oxygen containing environment with ultraviolet light; etching the treated surface; and applying to the etched surface a polymer-forming coating composition. Further described are articles and photochromic articles comprising in combination a polymeric substrate having on at least one surface thereof an adherent coating or photochromic coating prepared by the aforedescribed process.
