Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to adjusting operating parameters, settings, or configurations of a system based on identified factors corresponding to an environment. In some embodiments, the factors may respectively impact operation of a system and the factors may be weighted based on an amount of impact respectively caused to operation of the system. In some embodiments, the factors may additionally correspond to one or more information classes that may correspond to the environment. The one or more operations may additionally include determining one or more performance ability scores that may respectively correspond to the one or more information classes of the one or more factors. The operations may additionally include generating an overall impact score. Further, the operations may include modifying one or more operations of the system based at least on the overall impact score.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure may include a method and system for navigating one or more environments using hierarchical edge computing. In some embodiments, the method may include sending location data to an edge server, where, in some embodiments, the location data may indicate a location of the ego-machine and path data that may indicate a planned path through a portion of an environment that may correspond to the ego-machine. Further, in some embodiments, the method may additionally include receiving a notification from the edge server associated with the planned path. In some embodiments, the notification is based on a comparison between the planned path to one or more learned paths. Additionally or alternatively, in some embodiments, the method may additionally include navigating the ego-machine through the portion of the environment based on the received notification.

An axis defined by the coil spring is aligned with the shaft. Angular displacement from the shaft of an end coil is measured, and the angular displacement is correlated with a lateral force value.
