  • Patent number: 11113610
Abstract: A system and related method for building and deploying one or more inference models for use in remote condition monitoring of a first fleet of a first asset. The system includes model configuration data for subsequent use by a model builder application to construct one or more desired inference models for the first asset. The model configuration data is customized to the first asset and the desired one or more inference models, and is provided in a format which is easily readable and editable by a user of the system. The model configuration data is separate from the underlying processing algorithms which are employed by the model builder application in the constructing of the one or more desired inference models during a learning mode of operation of the system.

  • Patent number: 10008051
Abstract: A method of detecting a fault in a bleed air system of an aircraft having multiple engines is disclosed. The method includes transmitting a bleed air flow rate from multiple engines, determining a difference between the transmitted bleed air flow rates to define a difference value, and determining, by a controller, a fault condition with the bleed air system based on the difference value.

  • Publication number: 20170300480
Abstract: Systems and methods for transferring data from a first data environment to a second data environment are disclosed. In particular, data can be obtained from a first data environment. One or more user inputs can be received specifying parameters to be associated with a second data environment. A plurality of table structures can be generated, each having a format determined in accordance with the one or more parameters. The obtained data from the first data environment can be mapped to the plurality of table structures. The plurality of table structures can then be mapped to the second data environment based at least in part on the one or more user inputs.

  • Publication number: 20170161963
Abstract: A method of identifying anomalies in a monitored system includes acquiring input data from a plurality of sensors in the monitored system. Preprocessing the acquired data to prepare it for modeling leaves a first data subset that feeds into a normal Gaussian mixture model built using normal operating conditions of the monitored system. Removing data flagged as anomalous by the normal Gaussian mixture model leaves a second data subset that is compared to at least one threshold. If the comparison indicates that the second data subset contains anomalies, then the second data subset feeds into at least one of a set of asset performance Gaussian mixture models. Identifying which data contribute to an abnormality in the monitored system leaves a third data subset. Post-processing the third data subset may extract anomalies in the monitored system.

  • Publication number: 20160259842
Abstract: A system for categorizing events found in data including a computer searchable database containing unlabeled data related to one or more systems or assets and data related to reported events and a classifier module in communication with the database and configured to: receive data from the database, select from the unlabeled data and event related to the reported events, and classify the selected event based thereon.

  • Publication number: 20150084963
Abstract: A method of displaying a parameter that can be modeled by an algorithm having multiple variables on a display to provide an understanding of an impact of the variables on the parameter, the method includes displaying on a first portion of the display a plot of the parameter for a first period and simultaneously with the display of the plot of the parameter, displaying on a second portion of the display, different from the first portion, a plot related to the parameter.

  • Publication number: 20080028237
Abstract: A single data and power interface, or combination of several such integral data and power interfaces, are used to manage power across one or more batteries and external input power sources. In one embodiment, an interface may be capable of sinking power in order to charge a battery, and then source power from the battery through the same interface. In another embodiment, multiple devices having integrated data and power interfaces are used to manage one or more battery units for emergency power or for mobile operation where the interface may be connected to a power source for charging, but may also be used to source power from the battery to operate another device during mobile operation.
