Abstract: Entry doors having transparent insert panels such as etched glass and/or stained glass with tube lights such as 12 mm neon tube lights imbedded in framing along the outer edges of the panels inside the doors. Photo cells can be used to turn on the lights in the dark. Relays can turn on power when the door is closed and spring loaded switches can provide contact between the neon tubes and a transformer before power is supplied.
