  • Publication number: 20240237241
Abstract: A field device, in particular, a fill-level, point-level, flow, pressure or temperature-measurement device, with a housing, an electrical connection line led into the housing via a cable feedthrough, and a radio module held in the housing for remote data transmission, wherein the radio module is arranged and designed in such a way as to transmit a remote data-transmission signal by means of a field coupling. A section of the connection line located in the housing transmits or receives signal into or out of a section of the connection line located outside the housing. The invention also relates to a method for remote data transmission by means of a radio module housed in a housing of a field device.

  • Publication number: 20230008295
Abstract: A method for producing a die-cast component and a die-cast component that is produced therewith. According to the invention, an outstanding punch riveting suitability is achieved if the die-cast component has a temperable aluminum alloy with the following alloying components: from 5.0 to 9.0 wt % silicon (Si), from 0.25 to 0.5 wt % magnesium (Mg), and residual aluminum as well as inevitable production-related impurities, containing at most 0.05 wt % of each and at most 0.15 wt % collectively, wherein the die-cast component has a yield strength (Rp0.2) of greater than 190 MPa and an elongation at break (A5) of greater than or equal to 7% and the uniform elongation (Ag) and necking elongation (Az) satisfy the condition Az?Ag/2.

  • Publication number: 20180059004
Abstract: An analysis system comprising a cartridge and an instrument being designed for operating the cartridge. The cartridge comprises a chamber sealed by a foil capable of protruding when the chamber is pressurized. The instrument comprises an analysis window and a detection portion designed for being crossed by a signal emitted from the chamber toward the instrument when the chamber is placed opposite the detection portion. The instrument further comprises docking means to place the chamber opposite the detection portion so that when the chamber is pressurized, the foil protrudes toward the detection portion. The analysis system is characterized in that it further comprises spacing means to ensure that, when the cartridge is docked on the instrument via the docking means and the chamber is pressurized, said spacing means ensure a gap between the foil and the detection portion.

  • Patent number: 9625455
Abstract: A method for performing a chemical and/or a biological assay including the following successive steps of: a) providing an assay device with a microchannel having an inlet and an outlet and restricting means for restricting movement toward the outlet of microparticles introduced in the microchannel while letting a fluid to flow through the restricting means, b) introducing microparticles in the microchannel via the inlet, c) restricting the movement of said microparticles in the microchannel toward the outlet using the restricting means, d) flowing a fluid sample through the microchannel, and e) performing a biological and/or chemical read-out on each microparticle. The method also includes the steps of: f) moving the microparticles in the microchannel, and g) repeating successively the steps d) and e).

  • Publication number: 20110097313
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of identifying and separating non-regulatory T-cells (conventional T-cells) from a mixture comprising regulatory T-cells by using of the CD154 molecule (CD40 ligand) through depletion of CD154+ T-cells from the mixture or in combination with additional positive selection of Treg using markers that are specific for regulatory T-cells, such as for example, CD25, GITR, CTLA4 or markers which are specific for activated regulatory T-cells, such as, for example, CD137, “latent TGF-beta (LAP)”, GARP (LRRC32), CD121a/b, thereby generating a cell composition of activated Treg cells. The invention relates also to a kit comprising an antibody for detecting CD154 and at least one additional antibody for detecting markers for activated or non-activated regulatory T-cells. The antibodies can be coupled to a fluorescent dye or magnetic microparticles.
