A method includes obtaining treatment center data indicative of one or more treatment centers, generating, as a function of survey data obtained for each of the one or more treatment centers, supplemental data regarding each of the one or more treatment centers, updating the treatment center data with the supplemental data, and populating a database with the updated treatment center data. Storage media and computing servers are also disclosed.
