    Abstract: Improvements in an adjustable dumbbell to adjust the weight by insertion and removal of weights to one or both sides of the dumbbell. The weights are loaded into a carousel around the outside of the dumbbell handgrip. The weights can be place in opposing axial arrangement or can be placed in an uneven loading. A locking mechanism allows for a single rotation of the locking mechanism to secure and unlock all weights with a single rotation. The locking mechanism prevents the weights from falling or dislodging from the dumbbell axle when the dumbbell is being used. A rotating central axil allows for the heavy side of the dumbbell to rotate to a lower position. The rotating axil creates an eccentric weight placement for dynamic inertia exercises where a user can rotate or spin the eccentric weight around the handle of the dumbbell.

The seat is supported by a plurality of support elements, at least some of which are hingeably connected with the seat, so that the chair can be folded into a compact shape for storage or transport. The independent foot bars may each be attached to a lever that is hingeably coupled with one or more of the support elements. The position of the foot bars may also be adjustable by extending out of the levers and locking into the desired position. One or more resistance elements may be removably attached to a location below the chair seat, and individually connected with the levers via an adjusting assembly that can either slide or be placed in pre-set mounting locations along the lever to provide variable resistance, or can be equipped with a turnbuckle to provide varying resistance.

    Abstract: A method and device are provided for producing a double roll fabric construction useful as a receptacle for, e.g., eyeglasses. The construction is comprised of adjacent rolled up portions disposed in side by side relation so as to be unrollable to form a receiving space therebetween. The rolling device includes a pair of spindles disposed in parallel relation and adapted to respectively receive opposite ends of a stretchable fabric so that rotation of the spindles causes rolling up of the fabric around the spindles. Respective pinion gears are mounted on the spindles and are disposed in engagement with, and ride along, a rack member. A drive unit produces movement of the pinion gears toward each other along the rack member so as to produce rotation of the second spindles and resultant wrapping of the fabric around the respective spindles to produce respective fabric rolls of the double roll fabric construction. After the construction is removed from the spindles, the ends are sewn to produce the receptacle.
