The web is injected into the chamber. The object in the chamber is wrapped. A moveable severing member of a severing device severs the web. A movement of the web moving member is coupled with a movement of the moveable severing member from a parking position into an intermediate position. A severing actuator moves the moveable severing member from the intermediate position into a web severing position. thereby severing the web.
