  • Publication number: 20110017778
Abstract: An automatic dispenser assembly is disclosed. The dispenser assembly is adapted to use a replaceable fluid container having a foam pump. The dispenser assembly includes an adapter for securing and positioning a foam pump in the dispenser assembly. The dispenser assembly also includes an actuating mechanism to automatically actuate the foam pump and a control circuit to control the operation of the actuating mechanism. When a sensor assembly detects a hand or other object in the proximity of the dispenser assembly in a position to receive a dose of foam, the actuating mechanism and the control circuit cooperate to drive the foam pump so as to create foam and to return the foam pump to a closed position that prevents leakage.

  • Patent number: 7611317
Abstract: A shank clip adapted to couple a spout and mounting shaft assembly to a motor housing and support assembly in a fluid dispensing system. The shank clip comprises a first sidewall defining a perimeter that includes a first circular portion that defines a first radius; a second sidewall defining a perimeter that includes a second circular portion that defines a second radius greater than the first radius; and a bottom disposed between the first sidewall and the second side wall to define a channel.

  • Patent number: 7540397
Abstract: An apparatus for dispensing a post-foaming gel soap is disclosed. The dispenser includes a housing containing a first actuator and a second actuator. A motor is operatively connected to said first and second actuator. A circuit is connected to said motor, as well as a sensor assembly and a power supply. In operation, said first and second actuator moves a stem valve and a cylindrical pump located on a reservoir containing a gel soap and an inert propellant gas. The cylindrical pump operates on a piston principle and also closes to prevent any dripping after use. Further disclosed are various methods of accurately dispensing a consistent dose of gel soap.

  • Patent number: 7533787
Abstract: An automatic fluid soap dispensing apparatus and method including a dispensing spout, housing operatively connected to the dispensing spout and the housing adapted to removably receive and hold a fluid soap containing reservoir module in communication with the dispensing spout. The reservoir module has a central axis, and includes a pump mechanism and delivery tube mounted on the reservoir module in alignment with the central axis. The dispensing tube is adapted to move in the dispensing spout when the pump mechanism is actuated.

  • Patent number: 6929150
Abstract: A method of dispensing soap from a fluid dispensing system is disclosed. The method includes the steps of presenting a tube having a tube end disposed at a first position within an indented portion of a spout of the fluid dispensing system, sensing an object below the tube end, in response to sensing the object, expelling said soap from the tube end by drawing the tube end further within the indented portion to a second position, and returning the tube end to the first position.
