  • Patent number: 7303240
Abstract: A fitting structure for a vehicle wheel cover, having an open loop formed by a curved bar, an elongate connecting cover, an adjusting nut and a plurality of fitting seats mounted to the loop. The loop has at least one end terminated with a bent portion and the other end formed with external threads. The connecting cover movably covers the first and second ends, and the adjusting nut is engaged with the external threads of the second end. Each of the fitting seats has a seat member, a holding member extending from one side of the seat for holding the loop, and a buffer element mounted to the seat member at one side opposite to the holding member. The seat member includes a displacement slot allowing one end of the buffer element to extend through. The other end of the buffer member is configured to engage with a screw member extending through the wheel cover.

  • Publication number: 20050146203
Abstract: A wheel frame re-equipping mechanism includes a wheel frame assembly, blade member pivotally connected to the wheel frame assembly, a ratchet member having a hollow ring portion and a plurality of unidirectional teeth formed at an inner circumference of the hollow ring portion, and an abutting member abutting against one of the unidirectional teeth of the ratchet member. The ratchet member and the abutting member are arranged between the wheel frame and the blade member. Furthermore, the blade member will be able to be simultaneously rotated through a wheel or a wheel frame in car to proceed, and it still can be continuously rotated in a while after the car is decelerated to stop.

  • Patent number: 6877887
Abstract: A vehicle accessory color-changing illumination assembly includes a control box, a plurality of vehicle accessories and a plurality of light sources. The control box is provided with a control button and a control circuit. Each of the vehicle accessories is assembled on a vehicle body and includes a transparent casing. The light sources are respectively mounted inside the vehicle accessories. The control circuit of the control box is electrically connected to control circuits of the light sources to control simultaneous color changes of the light sources. The vehicle accessories include a external right and left rearview mirrors, a liquid jet nozzle, a gear lever and a interior rearview mirror that simultaneously change their color under the control of the control box to increase warning performance and therefore driving safety. Additionally, it also improves the pleasure of driving.

  • Patent number: 6817742
Abstract: A vehicle rear assembly with color-changing arms includes a rearview mirror, a plurality of transparent arms and a plurality of arm light sources. A first end of each arm is assembled with a casing of the rearview mirror, and a second end is mounted on a body of the vehicle. The arm light sources are respectively mounted inside the transparent arms and electrically connected to a switch. The color change of the light emitted from the arm light sources through the transparent arms can notably outline the width of the car body, especially in dark conditions, to help keep a proper safety distance between running cars and avoid traffic accidents.

  • Publication number: 20040052084
Abstract: A rearview mirror assembly for a car includes a casing, a mirror and a light-emitting element. The casing has an opening at one end thereof. The mirror engages with edges of the opening. The light-emitting element has a light-emitting body formed along a periphery of the mirror, and a transparent strip encapsulating the light-emitting body and the periphery of the mirror body. By means of the light-emitting element of the rearview mirror assembly, a car driver is aided in evaluating the distance between the car and other neighboring cars by observing the mirror to effectively prevent traffic accidents and increase driving safety.
