    Abstract: Flag football equipment wherein a soft foam rubber football includes helical finger receiving gripping grooves containing loop fabric fasteners, a waist encircling belt including a plurality of detachable flags containing loop fabric fasteners, and a glove including hook fabric fasteners for interlocking engagement with the loop fabric fasteners on the football and flags. The football may also include whistles located at a point midway between its ends, and the loop fabric fasteners may be colored with a non-toxic fluorescent glow-type coating.
