    Abstract: Cheese trimmings are reconstituted into horns by grinding the trimmings into a particulate mass at a temperature which inhibits bacteria growth on said trimmings and then, at said temperature, ramming the particulate mass into a closed mold at a pressure and for a period of time as causes the particles in said mass to completely bond together to form a solid, self-supporting block of cheese.
