    Abstract: A new polymorphic form of (R)-praziquantel is provided, the novel anhydrate (R)-2-(cyclohexanecarbonyl)-2,3,6,7-tetrahydro-1h-pyrazino[2,1-a]isoquinolin-4(11bh)-one, compositions including the polymorphic form, methods of making pharmaceutical formulations including the polymorphic form.     Abstract: A method for preventing or ameliorating HSV infection in a bird or mammal comprises administering a composition comprising an effective amount of an HSV surface glycoprotein and an effective amount of an MDP equivalent, encapsulated in liposomes. The resulting composition is useful for reducing the severity and recurrence of HSV outbreaks.
