Abstract: A metal locking tie and support clip for securing a bundle are disclosed. The metal locking tie is positioned within the support clip. The metal locking tie has a tie head and a tie body. The tie head includes a locking ball and a bottom with an opening. The tie body includes a first end and a second end with cut-off edges. The support clip supports the bottom of the tie head and encapsulates the cut-off edges of the second end of the tie body.

The flange includes a locking tie receiving area for receiving a locking tie to secure the bundle and a support channel engaging area for receiving the hooks of the support channel to secure the flange to the support channel.

Abstract: A conduit hanger assembly that supports at least one conduit is disclosed. The conduit hanger assembly includes a first member and a second member extending from the first member. The first member has a U-shaped clamp that engages a building structure to support the hanger assembly. The second member has a base with arms extending therefrom. The U-shaped clamp, base and arms define a channel to support the conduit therein. The conduit hanger assembly may include gangable add-on conduit hangers that connect to the conduit hanger assembly to support additional conduits in the assembly.

Abstract: A cushion sleeve for a cable tie is provided. The cushion sleeve includes a body for receiving a bundle of cables. The body includes a first side and a second side opposite the first side. Additionally, the cushion sleeve includes a first arm extending from the first side of the body along a first axis and a second arm extending from the second side of the body along a second axis. The first axis is oblique to the second axis when the cushion sleeve is unwrapped such that the first arm engages the second arm when the cushion sleeve is wrapped around the bundle of cables.

The first axis is oblique to the second axis when the cushion sleeve is unwrapped such that the first arm engages the second arm when the cushion sleeve is wrapped around the bundle of cables.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a raceway system including a base, at least two covers a device bracket and a faceplate. The base includes sidewalls having a top wall with a flange member. The covers include a top portion having two ends with a flange member at each end. The flange members of the covers are in mating engagement with the flange members of the base when the cover is coupled to the base. The cover is flush with the base when it is coupled to the base. The device bracket is installed in the base. The covers are positioned over the device bracket and the faceplate is installed over the device bracket. The faceplate overlaps a portion of each cover and extends over a portion of the top walls of the base.

Abstract: A raceway system routes power and communication cabling in separate channels but terminates the power and communication cabling in a common center channel. The raceway system includes a base, outer walls and inner walls, one of the outer walls and one of the inner walls define a first outer channel, adjacent inner walls define a center channel and one of the outer walls and one of the inner walls define a second outer channel. The raceway system also includes a plurality of covers connected to the inner and outer walls to cover the channels.

Abstract: The present invention is directed towards a metal raceway system. The metal raceway system includes a metal raceway and a coupling fitting. The metal raceway snaps onto the coupling fitting to mount the metal raceway to the fitting. The metal raceway has a channel defined by a top wall, side walls and a bottom wall. The side walls include curved protrusions that extend below the channel. The coupling fitting has a base with at least one retention flange having a curved profile that engages the metal raceway.

Abstract: A hinged duct system having a base and a cover hingedly attached to the base. The base has a bottom wall, a first sidewall and a second sidewall that define a channel therebetween. The cover has a top wall, a first end portion and a second end portion. The cover is attached to one of the sidewalls of the base by a hinge mechanism. The hinge mechanism has a hook member located at a distal end of one of the sidewalls of the base and a hook member located at one of the end portions of the cover. A flexible member is disposed along the hinge mechanism to preventing the cover from sliding with respect to the base when the cover rotates about the base.
