  • Patent number: 8297434
Abstract: The unit (1) A unit (1) for conveying products (2), in particular blister packs (2), comprises includes a first conveyor (4), and a second conveyor (5). The unit (1) comprises a disc (6) has a disc (6) located between the first conveyor (4) and the second conveyor (5), activatable in rotation about an axis (K) for performing transfer of the products (2) from the first conveyor (4) to the second conveyor (5) and for effecting a change in direction from a change in direction thereof from the first advancement direction (A1) to the to a second advancement direction (A2), and further comprises guide means (8, 80) of the products (2) which guide means. Guides for the products (8,80) are positionable on the disc (6) such as to identify at least so as to define a linear guide advancement tract (L1) of the for the products (2), thereby aligning for aligning and guiding the products (2) in transfer as they transfer onto the rotating disc (6) and move towards the second conveyor (5).

  • Patent number: 6941725
Abstract: A method for closing a box (1) by folding a lateral closing flap (5) extending from an upper edge (6) of a lateral aperture (7) of the box (1) and having at least one foldable edge (8), while the box (1) is being moved along a packaging line (L) in a forward movement direction (W), includes the steps of folding the lateral flap (5) until a connection line (9) of the foldable edge (8) touches stop means (15), then folding the foldable edge (8) on the striking means (15) and toward the lateral aperture (7) of the box (1), so that an outer edge (8a) of the foldable edge (8) interacts with contrast means (17), which keep elastically the edge (8) in a position raised with respect to a bottom wall (1a) of the box (1), and lastly introducing the edge (8) into the box (1). A device for carrying out the methods has folding means (14) for folding the said lateral flap.

  • Patent number: 6588175
Abstract: A device for folding vertical flaps of a container (1) moved along a line (100) for packaging products (3) into these containers (1) includes a (cam) member (11), guided along a cyclical trajectory (T) by support and operating means (20) cooperating with trajectory correcting means (6). The trajectory (T) includes a first part (T1), along which the (cam) member (11) moves close to container (1), upstream of said rear vertical flap (5) with respect to the container (1) movement direction (W), and a second part (T2), along which the rear vertical flap (5) is pushed. The second part (T2) is substantially parallel to the direction (W) and concordant therewith. The supporting and operating means (20) include a pulley (21) and a connecting rod (22), aimed at guiding the (cam) member (11) and a bar (13), connected thereto, along a circumference arc. The trajectory correcting means (6) include a rotating body (31), aimed at receiving slildingly the bar (13) in a seat (32) made therein.
