  • Patent number: 11946237
Abstract: There is an inflow pipe and an intermediate pipe and an outflow pipe forming a passageway there through. The intermediate pipe has an internal surface with a radius of curvature. The outflow pipe is coupled to the intermediate pipe. There is a baffle located within the passageway. The baffle has a lower extent which is a second distance from the first radius of curvature of the internal surface of the intermediate pipe. The second distance is less than the first distance of the radius of curvature of the intermediate pipe.

  • Patent number: 7315250
Abstract: An electrical field activated switch system includes a fluid container 14 having an aperture formed in a sidewall thereof. The floor of the primary tray 22 is positioned entirely beneath the fluid container and a secondary tray is positioned entirely within the primary tray and in proximity to and at an elevation beneath the aperture. A tube 30 is coupled between the aperture and the secondary tray. A housing 36 has an open bottom secured to the secondary tray with a cylinder 38 vertically oriented therein. A base 40 is supported upon the secondary tray floor. An electrical induction switch assembly includes two wires with stripped lower ends positioned within the cylinder with their lower ends being separated and in proximity to the base. A float is slidably received upon the cylinder with a magnetic plate secured to the float.

  • Patent number: 7009125
Abstract: A linear slip to slip coupling has an input portion and an output portion with a common horizontal centerline. A fluid container has a threaded aperture. An adaptor has a threaded input end releasably coupled to the threaded aperture of the container. An unthreaded output end is coupled to the input portion. A nipple has an output end and an input end. The nipple is coupled to the output portion of the coupling. An end cap is coupled to the output end of the nipple. An induction switch subassembly is coupled to the coupling.

  • Patent number: 6951063
Abstract: An intermediate assembly has a vertical plate with an orifice. The intermediate assembly also has a first and a second side wall and a top and a bottom wall. The walls extend rearwardly from the orifice with a rear wall. The walls are joined and form a generally rectilinear chamber. A lip has a planar surface parallel with the vertical plate with an intermediate surface coupling the planar surface of the lip and the vertical plate of the intermediate assembly. The lip forms an orifice essentially coextensive with the orifice of the intermediate assembly. The lip has an upper edge and a lower edge. Between the upper and lower edges are a first side edge and a second side edge. The edges of the lip each have a large radius of curvature. A circular air hole with a large diameter is located in the top wall. The intermediate member and lip are integrally fabricated.

  • Patent number: 6745491
Abstract: An intermediate assembly has a vertical plate with a rectangular opening. The intermediate assembly has a container with side walls and a rear wall and a horizontal upper wall. The upper wall has parallel side edges rearwardly and a semicircular edge forwardly. A securement frame has a forward periphery with a rearward projection removably positioned within the opening in the plate. A tube assembly includes an upper tube positionable above the upper wall and a lower tube coaxial with the upper tube and positionable below the upper wall.

  • Patent number: 6730865
Abstract: An electrical inductance overflow switch comprises a housing with an upper portion with a main central tube with a hole from top to bottom. A sideways extension runs outwards from the tube and terminates with a mounting clamp with gripping serrations. The lower portion of the housing has an open lower end with legs and a closed upper end coupled to the upper portion forming a continuous passageway through the main tube. A switch subassembly has a shaft between enlarged upper and lower ends. The shaft coupled has an inner wire passageway and is coupled at the upper end with the tube of the housing. A donut-shaped rigid electrically conductive float. A central hole in the float moves freely up and down the bearing surface. A washer shaped induction disk is coupled to the top of the float. A plurality of wires are contained within the passageway of the shaft.

  • Patent number: 6701740
Abstract: An air conditioner water pan drain line and clean-out system has a clean-out body with an upper end. A lower end of the body has an end piece forming an internal recess with the body having an opening at the upper end with a female thread and two protruding round, tubular, horizontal hollow cylindrical passageways. A top cap in a disk-like configuration has a male thread sized to be received by and firmly held by the female thread of the body. A horizontally disposed connecting pipe has a first end coupled over with and securely held onto one of the protruding round, tubular hollow cylindrical passageways and a second end with male threads.
