The apparatus comprises: a memory; a processor; and a module stored in memory, executable by a processor, and configured to: prompt a user for information associated with the loan service request via a first interface; receive information associated with the loan service request; process the information associated with the loan service request, wherein processing the information associated with the loan service request includes generating text that corresponds to the information associated with the loan service request; and display the text that corresponds to the information associated with the loan service request to the user via a second interface.
