  • Patent number: 8235857
Abstract: A drive has a drive source connected with an automatic manual gearbox. A friction clutch is positioned between the drive source and the gearbox. The drive also has a differential, which with a gear wheel engages a first gear wheel on the gearbox output shaft, as well as a gear module to change the transmission in the gear without interrupting the drive. The gear module has a brake and a bypass transmission with three rotation bodies of which a first rotation body is connected to the first clutch part, a second rotation body is connected to a connecting gear wheel, which engages the first gear wheel, and the third rotation body is connected to the brake. The connections of the rotation bodies to the parts stated and respectively of the drive are made in this as splines.

  • Patent number: 8146451
Abstract: A drive has a drive source with an outgoing drive shaft, which can be connected via a clutch to a first input of a gear, which is formed by an input shaft. The gear also has an output, which is formed by an output shaft. The gear also has a second input, which is formed by a gear wheel of a first gear wheel pair concentrically present on the input shaft and which can be directly connected via a further clutch to the drive shaft. The drive also has a pre-reduction, which is formed by a planetary gear with three rotation bodies, one of which is connected to the input shaft, one to the drive shaft and one that can be connected via a clutch or brake to the fixed entities.

  • Patent number: 7967714
Abstract: A drive consists of a drive source and a connected transmission module that is built up of a bypass transmission with connected supporting devices for the support of torque, a transmission, a torque converter, and several clutches and reductions. The bypass transmission has three rotation bodies and is made as a planetary gear. The third rotation body can be connected via a clutch to the supporting devices, which are formed by a flywheel. The first rotation body is connected via the torque converter to the drive source, and via a drive clutch to an ingoing shaft of the transmission. The second rotation body a finally is connected via a first and third reduction to an outgoing shaft of the transmission and the outgoing shaft can be connected via the first and second reduction to the driven wheels of a vehicle, which are depicted schematically by a rectangle. Each reduction is formed by two interlocking gear wheels, in which the first and third reduction possess a joint gear wheel.

  • Publication number: 20080139358
Abstract: A drive has a drive source and a continuously variable transmission, with an outgoing shaft having a first gear wheel. A clutch is present between the drive source and the ingoing shaft. The outgoing shaft of the transmission is connected to a gear wheel connected to a differential via a drive line for driving forwards. The drive line has an intermediate shaft with thereon a second gear wheel, which is interlocked with the first gear wheel and the third gear wheel, which is interlocked with the gear wheel. For reversing, the drive line can be interrupted by means of a disengagement and the drive is provided with a further drive line between the gear wheel that is connected to the differential and the outgoing shaft of the transmission.

  • Publication number: 20070060432
Abstract: A vehicle (21) comprises a drive source E that drives the wheels L via a transmission system T2. The transmission system T2 has an epicyclic gearing P with three rotational members s, a, c of which a first rotational member a is connected to the drive source E, a second rotational member c is connected to the wheels L, via a first reduction R1, and a final reduction R2, and a third rotational member s is connected to a brake B. The brake B constitutes reaction means for balancing torque. The transmission system T2 furthermore comprises a transmission A1 which is parallel to the epicyclic gearing P and a transmission A2 which is series with the epicyclic gearing P. Moreover, the transmission system has a lock-up clutch K which can connect the first rotational member a to the second rotational member c. This transmission system T2 enables shifting between the various transmission ratios without torque interruption, using only one brake.

  • Publication number: 20050107204
Abstract: A vehicle (1) has an epicyclic gearing (3) with three rotational members (5, 7, 9). Rotational member (9) is connected to a load formed by the wheels (17) of a vehicle. Rotational member (5) is connected to a flywheel (11) and rotational member (7) is connected to an engine (13). The vehicle (1) furthermore comprises a transmission-unit (19), embodied either as a conventional or as a automated manual transmission-unit, with two in/outputs (21, 23). In/output (21) is connected to the rotational member (7) and in/output (23) is connected to the third rotational member (9). A force-closed clutch (25) with slip capacity is located between in/output (21) and rotational member (7). With this transmission-system, the wheels (17) remain driven by the engine (13), also during disengagement of the clutch (25).
