The system further includes a first nozzle extending through the primary flow path and into the void such that a nozzle inlet of the first nozzle is positioned at least partially within the void. The system further includes a plurality of subsequent nozzles, each of the first and subsequent nozzles defining a respective secondary flow path for directing fluid away from the discharge manifold. The method includes utilizing obtrusion pairs to reduce or eliminate hydraulic skip.

The integration unit is configured to operatively couple and de-couple the pre-concentrator unit and the cassette.     Abstract: A rapid detection method of a target biomolecule comprising an antigenic moiety is provided. The method includes providing a source biological sample comprising the target biomolecule; contacting the source biological sample to an ion-exchange medium; eluting the captured-target biomolecule from the ion-exchange medium as an eluate, and loading the eluate to a rapid diagnostic testing device comprising an antibody. The eluate comprises a concentrated form of the biomolecule in a solution having a salt concentration greater than 150 mM. A concentration of the target biomolecule in the eluate is in a range from about 2× to 25× compared to a concentration of the biomolecule in the source biological sample. The target biomolecule binds to the antibody under the salt concentration of greater than 150 mM. A device for rapid detection of target biomolecule is also provided.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a steamer system and method for efficiently steam cooking or heating food items and avoiding unnecessary usage stoppages or delays. The steamer system comprises an enclosed cooking space cavity, a water boiling apparatus for generating steam, a drain system, a power source, a processor, a display, and a graphical user interface accessible by a user via the display. The steamer system further comprises a series of water detection sensors positioned within the water boiling apparatus water reservoir at progressively higher points and electrically connected to the system processor. When a first water detection sensor is fouled, the system processor is configured to relinquish control to a second water detection sensor and initiate a shut down clock to allow limited continued use of the steamer before cleaning. If a third water detection sensor senses water at any time, the steamer system shuts down.

    Abstract: A fluid flow structure for a washing machine is located within a wash tank of the washing machine, which includes a fluid flow guide surface, and a support for the guide surface. The guide surface includes at least one region contoured inconsistently from the contour of at least one corresponding wall of the washing machine wash tank. The contour of the guide surface is generally curved so as to aide in reducing and/or preventing the pinning of items that often occurs in rectangular wash tanks of the prior art. The support for the guide surface creates a gap between the guide surface and at least one wall of the washing machine wash tank.

    Abstract: A basket assembly is provided. The basket assembly includes a molded basket body having opposed side walls with minimal draft angles. The basket body defines a front opening for receiving fluid and items, an interior area of receiving and holding the items, and a plurality of perforations for allowing the fluid to escape the interior area while retaining the items within the interior area. The perforations are placed, oriented, sized, and configured to maximize fluid flow and item retention while the basket assembly is positioned in flowing fluid of a washing machine wash tank.
