  • Patent number: 9134384
Abstract: Position sensor (10) for determining a linear position in a sensing direction, e.g. for application in a vacuum actuator. The position sensor (10) has a first sensor part and a second sensor part moveable with respect to each other. The first sensor part comprises an annular magnet (2) and a magnetic field sensor (3) positioned at a first distance (11) from the annular magnet on the magnet axis (1a). The second sensor part comprises a flux shaper (1) moveable through the annular magnet (2) along the sensing direction between a first and a second position, in the first position the flux shaper being substantially at the first distance (11) from the magnetic field sensor (3). The flux shaper is arranged to influence the magnetic field in a space between the annular magnet (2) and the magnetic field sensor (3).

  • Publication number: 20080051021
Abstract: Method and sensing module for sensing pollution of outside air. The sensing module (1) comprises an electro chemical sensing element (3), and a processor (2). A sensing module output signal is provided based on the measurement signal and a baseline signal level. The baseline signal level is adapted depending on two threshold levels (13-15). A pollution concentration value is determined from the measurement signal and a classification level of air pollution is provided as sensing module output signal. A classification level is determined using a plurality of classification threshold values and the pollution concentration values. The plurality of classification threshold values are dynamically adjustable.

  • Publication number: 20070121701
Abstract: A sensor arrangement (1) for measuring a pressure and a temperature in a fluid is disclosed. The sensor arrangement (1) comprises a temperature sensitive electrical element (3) and a pressure sensing electrical element (6), the temperature sensitive electrical element (3) and pressure sensing electrical element (6) are both coupled to one side of a metallic membrane structure (4,16). The metallic membrane structure is arranged to pass on the temperature of the fluid which is at the other side of the membrane structure (4,16) to the temperature sensitive electrical element (3) and to pass on the pressure in the fluid to the pressure sensing electrical element (6). In this way a combined pressure and temperature sensor is obtained which is applicable in vehicle air-conditioning systems working with CO2 as refrigerant.
