  • Patent number: 10862288
Abstract: An electrical wiring apparatus includes a container, a positive link, a neutral link and a ground link. The container has cable entries constructed to removably retain ends of a first cable and a second cable, each of the first and second cables having a positive wire, a neutral wire and a ground wire. An inner surface of the base allows the positive wire, neutral wire and ground wire of each of the first and second cables be exposed when the cable is positioned in the cable entry. Legs of the positive, neutral and ground links are electrically connect with exposed positive, neutral and ground wires of the first and second cables respectively. A circuiting, switch or receptacle device is engaged with the container and positive, the neutral and the ground links to create electrical connections to the positive, neutral and ground wires of the inserted cables.

  • Patent number: 10722178
Abstract: A method for the reduction of motion artifacts in CT imaging, the method including the steps of: (a) reconstructing from the raw CT data an initial estimate of the object of interest; (b) estimating the pose of the object at each projection angle; (c) undertaking a motion-corrected reconstruction from the measured projections, accounting for the pose changes estimated in (b) by employing a modified source/detector orbit that accounts for the object motion; (d) iterating steps (b)-(c) until a predetermined convergence criterion is met; and (e) making a final reconstruction of the required image size using the pose estimates obtained in the previous steps.

  • Publication number: 20170340287
Abstract: A method for the reduction of motion artifacts in a helical CT reconstruction, the method including the steps of: (a) reconstructing from the raw CT data an initial estimate of the 3D attenuation distribution of the object of interest; (b) estimating a pose parameter set of the object for each projection angle; (c) undertaking a motion corrected reconstruction from the measured projections, accounting for the pose changes estimated in (b); (d) iterating steps (b)-(c) until some convergence criterion is met; and (e) making a final reconstruction of diagnostic quality using the pose estimates obtained in the previous steps.

  • Patent number: 9246321
Abstract: Electrical wiring apparatus having a base with an outer opening. The base has cable entries at opposite ends thereof that have the stripped wire ends of cables mounted therein. A mounting post extends outwardly from the base which has spaced recesses therein adjacent to the mounting post. Links are slidably mounted on the mounting post in offset relation in the spaced recesses to engage and connect the wire ends of the cables at opposite ends of the base. A cover plate and/or associated electrical device can be removably mounted on the base over the outer opening thereof to engage the links and maintain them in engagement with the wire ends. The electrical device may have terminals engaging the links.
