    Abstract: An undergarment includes a lower body portion having a waist opening and a crotch portion. The crotch portion has a skin contact surface and an outer surface and includes a weft knit fabric portion with at least a first predominately cotton yarn and a second predominately cotton yarn. At least one of the first and second yarns have a moisture wicking treatment applied prior to knitting and comprises at least about 40% of the weight of the weft knit fabric. The weft knit fabric includes an antimicrobial treatment. The undergarment has improved moisture management and comfort properties.
