    Abstract: The combination backpack and cushion device comprises a padded member which is placed on top of a stadium seat and a compartment member which extends horizontally below the seat. The device includes a sleeve member which is placed over a stadium seat and interconnects the padded member and compartment. The device is secured to the seat by an adjustable securing member which holds the sleeve member in a mating relationship with the seat. The device includes pockets for storage of articles and is carried to an event by adjustable backpack straps.
