Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein provide a geo-targeted online reservation system that ensures authenticity of customer devices requesting reservations by generating reservations only if threshold authentication conditions are satisfied. For example, a computing device registered with a server system receives inputs for requesting a reservation of a limited release product and for configuring the product. To authenticate the computing device, the server device transmits an electronic message to the computing device requesting the computing device to respond. A response to the message is one threshold authentication condition for generating the reservation. Upon determining that one or more threshold authentication conditions are satisfied, the server device generates a reservation for the product.

Abstract: A method is disclosed of permitting a supplier to transmit a message through an agent, to potential customers including the steps of creating a plurality of personal customer records which each includes customer identification information and customer preference information, storing the personal customer records in a database of personal customer records, and in response to an enquiry to the agent from a supplier relating to the customer preference information, the agent providing a message from the supplier to customers selected by the agent on the basis of the customer preference information.

Abstract: A system for delivering goods from a vendor to an intended recipient including a goods carrier to carry the goods from the vendor to the intended recipient, a call center, and a telecommunications system. The call center is adapted automatically to send a request signal to the intended recipient via the telecommunications system when an order for the goods is received by the vendor, and to receive a return signal via the telecommunications system from the intended recipient. The return signal indicates the intended recipient's availability for delivery of the goods. On receipt of the return signal from the intended recipient, the call center sends an advice signal to the vendor and/or the carrier, whereby the carrier is instructed to deliver the goods to the intended recipient at a time and place determined from the return signal.
