  • Patent number: 11746894
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a transmission mechanism with at least two gearwheels that can be brought into form-fitting engagement with one another. One of the gearwheels is designed as a movable gear and, in a disengaged position, is arranged in a freely rotatable manner on a transmission shaft. The other of the gearwheels is designed as a fixed gear and is arranged non-rotatably on a further transmission shaft, the movable gear is connectable non-rotatably to the transmission shaft by a clutch unit and at least one transmission gear can be engaged if a clutch toothing of the clutch unit engages in a form-fitting manner in a toothing of the movable gear in a tooth-on-tooth-gap position. A sensor device detects a rotational speed signal incoming into the other transmission shaft and a rotational speed signal outgoing from the transmission shaft.

  • Patent number: 8427136
Abstract: A magnetic displacement sensor, where, in order to achieve an improved measurement behavior, magnets are formed in a direction of an x-axis such that a z-component (Bz) of the flux density has an essentially linear characteristic curve in a region of travel and/or the magnets are formed in a direction of a y-axis such that the z-component (Bz) is essentially constant in a region of a transversal offset.

  • Patent number: 7174483
Abstract: A method for monitoring a system controlled by a processor utilizes an integrated monitoring unit independent of the processor but integrated together with the processor in an integrated circuit, as well as a watchdog unit for preventing measures that influence the system. The watchdog unit is cyclically reset by the integrated monitoring unit.

  • Patent number: 6189396
Abstract: The invention concerns a control arrangement for an automatic electrohydraulically controlled transmission. In order to reduce expenditure on parts and assembly, the hydraulic control system and electronic control system are mounted directly adjacent each other and plug-in connections are provided between the solenoid valves of the hydraulic control system and the electronic control system. The hydraulic control system (20) substantially comprises two duct panels (28,30) in which control ducts, piston slides and solenoid valves (not shown) are disposed for controlling the conical plates and couplings of the transmission. The pressurized hydraulic fluid is fed directly into these duct panels from the pump (29). The electronic control system (22) has a single central connection (36) which is secured in the transmission housing cover (42) by an annular seal. Rotational speed sensors for the transmission shafts and temperature and pressure sensors are integrated into the control unit.

  • Patent number: 5625289
Abstract: For detecting the angle of rotation of a shaft, in particular of a gear shift shaft in a gear change box for a motor vehicle, a device is proposed in which a carrier arrangement carries a magnet and in its proximity magnetically sensitive sensors. A screening device, rigidly attached to the shaft, moves in the intermediate space between the magnet and the sensors. This screening device is made from a ferromagnetic material such that the magnetic field permeating the sensors is influenced in a manner whereby the sensors generate a signal that unambiguously identifies the position of the shaft.
