A 3-D stereoscopic viewing lens having a linear polarized film, one or more lens substrate layers, and an epoxy layer. A process of making retarder film including mounting a PVA film to an assembly line; wetting, cleaning, and washing the PVA film through said assembly line; softening, expanding and stretching the PVA film's x-axis through said assembly line; adding gap filling agent to the PVA film; stretching the PVA film's y-axis through a width frame holder and as a result transforming the PVA film into a retarder film.

Abstract: A corrective wraparound lens is provided for a wearer where the wraparound lens has a non-corrective lens element and a corrective lens element where the curvature of the non-corrective lens element is different from the curvature of the corrective lens element. Such lens has the ability to correct the defect in eyesight while capable of contouring to the face of the wearer thus able to protect the face of the wearer. In addition, a method to correct defect in eye is provided using a corrective wraparound lens for a wearer comprising a non-corrective lens element and a corrective lens element wherein a first curvature of said non-corrective lens element is different than a second curvature of said corrective lens element.

Abstract: A method for layering lenses includes: plasma treating a lens surface; applying a removable ink layer onto the lens surface; applying at least one base ink layer over the removable ink layer; applying at least one colored ink layer over the base ink layer; and removing the removable ink layer. Additional steps may include drying the lens, sealing the sides of the lens, and applying liquid to the lens before removing the removable ink layer.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an improved method of LED reflector manufacturing process where the method includes providing a substrate, wherein said substrate comprises a reflector unit, and a Light Emitting Diode; providing a shield member with ferromagnetic property; placing said shield member over the desired area of over the substrate; providing a magnet where said shield member is attracted to; placing said magnet immediately below the substrate wherein said magnet is capable of immobilizing the shield member over the substrate; performing a vacuum deposition coating; and removing the magnet and the shield member.
