  • Publication number: 20230120629
Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining quality of experience (QoE) information associated with a service from each communication device of a first group of communication devices over a communication network resulting in a group of QoE information. Each communication device of the first group of communication devices generates biometric information resulting in a group of biometric information. Each communication device of the first group of communication devices determines the QoE information based on the biometric information. Further embodiments include generating a group of QoE metrics associated with the service based on the group of QoE information, and adjusting an allocation of first network resources associated with the service based on the group of QoE metrics. Other embodiments are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20220165035
Abstract: In one example, a method performed by a processing system including at least one processor includes receiving an extended reality stream from a remote server over a network connection, presenting an extended reality experience to a user endpoint device by playing back the extended reality stream, measuring a latency of the network connection between the processing system and the remote server, and displaying a visual indicator of the latency that was measured on a display of the user endpoint device.

  • Publication number: 20220165018
Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, providing an immersive environment accessible by a plurality of user devices associated with a plurality of users, assigning rendering resources for rendering the immersive environment, detecting a user interaction by a user with a virtual object in the immersive environment, rendering the virtual object in full detail, and rendering other objects in the immersive environment in less than full detail to reduce requirement for rendering resources for the immersive environment. Other embodiments are disclosed.

  • Patent number: 10491705
Abstract: Concepts and technologies disclosed herein are directed to visualizations for network virtualization platforms (“NVPs”). According to one aspect disclosed herein, a computer system executing a visualization component can obtain data associated with an NVP. The computer system can generate a visualization of the data associated with the NVP. The visualization can include a three-dimensional central cube visualization that includes a plurality of smaller cube virtualizations, each of which includes a node representative of an application executable by at least a portion of a plurality of resources of the NVP. The computer system can output the visualization.
