Abstract: A polymeric scaffold useful for conjugating with a protein based recognition-molecule (PBRM) to form a PBRM-polymer-drug conjugate is described herein. The scaffold includes one or more terminal maleimido groups. Also disclosed is a PBRM-polymer-drug conjugate prepared from the scaffold. Compositions comprising the conjugates, methods of their preparation, and methods of treating various disorders with the conjugates or their compositions are also described.

Abstract: A method of predicting one or more road segment attributes corresponding to a road segment in a geographical area, the method including: providing trajectory data and satellite image of the geographical area; calculating one or more image channels based on the trajectory data; and using at least one processor, classi-fying the road segment based on the one or more image channels and the satellite image using a trained classifier into prediction probabil-ities of the road attributes A data processing system including one or more processors configured to carry out a the method of predicting road attributes. A computer executable code including instructions for predicting one or more road segment attributes according to the method.

Abstract: An improved wheel frame for a skateboard, wherein slipping wheels connect with a skateboard body stably, comprises: a wheel frame main body having a screw hole on each side; two wheel axles for screwing in the screw hole of the wheel frame main body, wherein in each axle a through hole is set, the through hole has at least one longitudinal expansion joint in the thread for flexible expanding the diameter; and an expansion element for setting in the through hole of the both axles, wherein the diameter of the thread within the axle is forced to expand, so that the thread of the axles and the screw holes of the wheel frame main body are firmly held together.

Abstract: A water receptacle includes a hollow chamber formed between front and rear walls, and includes a spatial structure to prevent the front and the rear walls from being collapsed and snugly engaged with each other, the receptacle includes an upper port and a lower opening. An upper mouth device is openably attached to the upper port of the receptacle. A coupler is attached to the lower opening of the receptacle and coupled to a mouth piece via a hose, to allow users to readily drink the water flowing through the lower opening of the receptacle. The upper mouth device and the lower coupler may be detached from the receptacle, to allow the receptacle to be easily cleaned by the users.
