    Abstract: A device receives a user profile associated with a user of a user device, where the user profile is generated based on information associated with one or more transactions performed by the user, via the user device, with a first web site. The device also receives, from a second web site, a cookie associated with the user device. The device further generates, based on the user profile and when the cookie is received, an advertisement customized to the user, and provides, to the second web site, the advertisement customized to the user.
