  • Publication number: 20240086795
Abstract: A system and method of automated driver selection is disclosed. A plurality of driver profiles and a first order are received. Each of the driver profiles includes at least one driver parameter. The first order includes at least one order parameter. A driver score is calculated for each of the plurality of driver profiles for the first order. The driver score is calculated based on the at least one driver parameter and the at least one order parameter. Each driver profile is ranked based on the calculated driver score and a first delivery assignment request is transmitted to a system associated with a first-ranked driver profile. A response is received to the first delivery assignment request.

  • Patent number: 11314574
Abstract: In order to provide effective diagnostics and logging of error messages produced during the execution of processes across multiple components, techniques are disclosed for the generating, managing, and processing centralized logs containing those error messages. In particular, the components may write error messages to a centralized log instead of writing the error messages to local log files. The various error messages in the centralized log can be read, identified, and organized. Furthermore, enrichments and/or analytics may be applied to the error messages based on information from a knowledge source or the application of one or more machine learning models. The organized error messages, enrichments, and analytics can be stored in an output log that can be easily retrieved and viewed through a graphical interface. The organized error messages, enrichments, and analytics work together to allow for more effective diagnosing of execution errors.

  • Patent number: 10855750
Abstract: A single centralized metadata repository for an entire enterprise can maintain the metadata pertaining to various different web service applications on application servers of heterogeneous types within the enterprise. The metadata items stored in the centralized repository all can be stored in a same canonical format that can be expected and understood by all metadata accessors. The metadata maintained within the central repository can be given a life span that is linked with the life span of the web service application to which that metadata pertains. When a web service application is deployed on an application server, metadata pertaining to that webservice can be pushed automatically to the central repository for storage. When such a web service application is undeployed from an application server, the metadata pertaining to that webservice can be removed automatically from the central repository so as not to waste storage space.
