  • Publication number: 20220229920
Abstract: Disclosed are various approaches for sharing uniform resource locators (URLs) and enforcing browser restrictions along with a shared URL. Browser restrictions can be identified by appending commands to the shared URL that instruct the receiving browser to activate certain browser restrictions. Browser restrictions can also be enforced using a URL restriction validator, which is a server process that can facilitate enforcement of browser restrictions along with a shared URL.

  • Publication number: 20220231977
Abstract: Methods and systems are described for intelligently managing hero cards generated for a user profile. In an example, a server can collect user interaction data that measures how a user interacts with system components. The system components can include emails, hero cards, and software applications. The server can analyze the user interaction data to determine whether a new hero card type should be enabled for a user profile, whether an active hero card type should be disabled for the user profile, and whether parameters for action options on hero cards should be changed for the user profile. The server can make changes to hero cards for the user profile so that the user can receive customized hero cards based on the user's behavior.

  • Publication number: 20220232464
Abstract: Systems, devices and methods for a user equipment (UE) to perform public land mobile network (PLMN) selection with a non-terrestrial network (NTN). A UE performs a non-access stratum (NAS) procedure with a public land mobile network (PLMN) of an NTN. The UE receives a NAS message from the PLMN, and the NAS message indicates that the UE is not allowed to access a core network of the NTN. The NAS message may indicate that the UE is not allowed to access the core network of the NTN because a location of the UE is unknown to the NTN, that access to the NTN is not allowed in a country in which the UE is located, or that a location of the UE is not within a country associated with the NTN. The UE modifies its PLMN search procedure responsive to receiving the NAS message.

  • Publication number: 20220232084
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for passing a session between smart devices. A user can initiate a session on a first smart device. The first smart device can detect the user exiting a detection area associated with the first smart device. The first smart device can pause the session and notify a server. The server can instruct a device of the user to listen for a device identifier of a second smart device. The second smart device can detect the user entering a detection area and broadcast a device identifier. The user device can receive the device identifier and send it to the server. The server can verify the device identifier and send a credential to the user device. The user device can send the credential to the second smart device. The second smart device can authenticate with the server using the credential. The second smart device can then continue the session.

  • Publication number: 20220232463
Abstract: Systems, devices and methods for a user equipment (UE) to perform public land mobile network (PLMN) selection with a non-terrestrial network (NTN) dedicated to an international area. The UE receives a downlink message from the NTN, where the downlink message includes a public land mobile network (PLMN) identifier of a first PLMN of the NTN including an information element (IE). The IE indicates that the NTN is dedicated to an international area. Responsive to receiving the downlink message, the UE determines a current location of the UE and determines whether the current location is in the international area. The UE provides an international area notification to an access and mobility management function (AMF) servicing the UE to forward to a home PLMN (HPLMN) of the UE indicating whether the current location is in the international area.

  • Publication number: 20220218974
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to a connector for a fluid drainage having a body defining a drainage lumen extending longitudinally from a distal portion to a proximal portion. The body can include a piston housing and an inlet in fluid communication with a positive air pressure source. A piston is slidably engaged with the piston housing along a transverse axis between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the piston provides fluid communication between the distal portion and the proximal portion of the drainage lumen and occludes fluid communication between the inlet and the drainage lumen. The piston in the second position occludes fluid communication between the distal portion and the proximal portion of the drainage lumen and provides fluid communication between the inlet and the drainage lumen to clear dependent loops, while preventing distal fluid flow into a catheter.

  • Publication number: 20220218973
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to a connector for a fluid drainage system for fluidly coupling a catheter to a drainage tube. The connector includes a body defining a drainage lumen extending along a longitudinal axis from a distal portion to a proximal portion. The connector also includes a positive air pressure inlet and a valve slidably engaged with a valve housing along the longitudinal axis between a first position and a second position. The valve in the first position provides fluid communication between the distal portion and the proximal portion of the drainage lumen, and the valve in the second position occludes fluid communication between the proximal portion and the distal portion of the drainage lumen. Pressurized air provided at the inlet can transition the valve to the second position and clear any dependent loops within the drainage lumen.

  • Publication number: 20220222370
Abstract: Examples described herein provide a computer-implemented method that includes scanning, by a processing device, a code dependency list and a hierarchy of a core code component. The method further includes pulling, by the processing device, data of the core code using the scanned code dependency list. The method further includes extracting, by the processing device, information from the data for each dependency. The method further includes scoring, by the processing device, the information between versions to detect a likelihood of user data posture changes. The method further includes enforcing, by the processing device, a compensating control for the core code.

  • Publication number: 20220222430
Abstract: Examples described herein include systems and methods for providing user-specific previews for terms within text. An example method can include receiving tracked user behavior reflecting terms selected by a user and entered into a search. A representation of known words can be created based on the tracked user behavior. By training machine-learning models for each individual user, personalized previews can be presented when each user encounters a new body of text, such as in a webpage or email. The preview can apply to a term not previously known to the user but likely to be searched by the user, relying on content gathered from a search on a search medium that the user was likely to use. The content can be presented to the user in a graphical user interface allowing for interaction and feedback.
