  • Publication number: 20170138778
Abstract: A horn antenna for a radar measuring device, particularly a radar level gauge, with an antenna horn emitting at the front in a primary direction of emission, a rear feed device, and a filling, which at least partially fills the horn antenna and seals it at the front, with at least one seal being arranged between the filling and the antenna horn, with the seal being arranged in a radial direction perpendicular in reference to the primary direction of emission of the horn antenna at least partially outside the antenna horn or an extension of the antenna horn.

  • Publication number: 20160164154
Abstract: A high frequency signal feed through by which the ends of an input side coaxial cable and an output side coaxial cable, to be connected to each other, each comprising an interior conductor and an exterior conductor surrounding the interior conductor, are coupled to each other, showing a housing, a preferably pressure-resistant signal feed through arranged in the housing for the interior conductor, with the interior conductor being coupled at a conductive structure, arranged preferably centrally in the housing and capable of handling high frequencies, with at least one element for the galvanic separation being arranged between an input side and an output side, with the housing showing the structure for the galvanically separated coupling of the exterior conductor.

  • Patent number: 6573806
Abstract: A strip line directional coupler includes a controlled amount of potting compound applied to establish a desired coupling factor between at least two cooperating strip lines. In one embodiment the strip line directional coupler is positioned in a housing that is filled with the potting compound until the desired coupling factor is established. A network analyzer monitors the coupling factor as the potting compound is added. Once the desired coupling factor is established, the flow of potting compound into the housing is automatically terminated.

  • Publication number: 20020106936
Abstract: To fasten a connection element on the end of a semi-rigid coaxial conductor without special tools, in a mechanically strong, HF-tight, water- and gas-tight connection, a tubular connection piece having an outer thread and an inner tapered section is situated on one connection side of a casing. A union nut with an opening for passing through the outer conductor of the semi-rigid coaxial conductor can be screwed on the outer thread of the connection piece. A locking bushing having a deformable tapered section is situated between the inner face of the union nut and the connection piece. The locking bushing can be pressed into the inner tapered section of the connection piece. It has a surface grip on the outer conductor of the semi-rigid coaxial conductor. By tightening the union nut, the locking bushing together with the outer conductor is pressed into the inner tapered section of the connection piece.

  • Patent number: 4686005
Abstract: A method of, and washing machine or washer for, washing stock suspensions, wherein a rotatable cylinder having a solid smooth surface is encircled along a portion of its circumference by a movable endless wire or filter band. The stock suspension to be dewatered and washed is infed by a flat jet nozzle between the rotatable solid cylinder and the movable endless wire. The fiber web formed between the rotatable solid cylinder and the movable endless wire has a weight of less than 100 grams per square meter, preferably 30 to 70 grams per square meter. The wire speed and the circumferential speed of the rotatable solid cylinder is in the order of about 400 to 1,200 meters per minute. After through-flow of the stock suspension between the rotatable solid cylinder and the movable endless wire, the dewatered and washed fiber material is removed from the movable endless wire and the rotatable solid cylinder, respectively, collected in a collecting container and delivered for further processing.
