Abstract: A mechanical linking device connects two elements. The device includes resin-coated fibers wound round a principal axis and forming a loop around at least one hole having an axis substantially orthogonal to the principal axis. The device is made using a process for manufacturing a mechanical part through filament winding around a spindle brought into rotation about an axis. Some of the windings use the axis of rotation as the axis and other windings are about a winding axis different from the axis of rotation.
