  • Patent number: 7427215
Abstract: A plug connection for guiding a cable through an opening of a partition, comprising a device socket having a plug receiving portion, and a plug with an insertion body with a locking ring that cooperates with locking elements of the plug receiving portion. At least one cable adapter is connectable to the device socket or plug. A cadmium-free electrically conductive surface coating is provided on at least an inner or outer continuous surface of the electrically conductive components of the plug connection. The contact points between base bodies of the socket device and plug on the one hand, and base bodies of the respective cable adapter on the other hand, are embodied as interengaging teeth. The contact point between the base bodies of the device socket and the plug is produced by a ground ring on one of them and has resilient tongues that rest on the other one.

  • Patent number: 5731646
Abstract: A metal heat dissipation element is made an integral part of a metal houses of a motor, then a bearing plate of plastic material is injection-molded onto the housing. Preferred embodiments relate to the increased strength of the housing for which purpose additional plastic components in the form of webs are produced in the injection-molding operation.

  • Patent number: 5140207
Abstract: An electric motor, in particular a wiper motor for driving a windshield wiper system in a motor vehicle, which comprises a gear housing including a cover and several plug contacts, of which some are fixed on the gear housing, in particular on the cover, and at least another is connected with a motor current supply lead and fitted in a plug housing. In order to provide good protection of the plug contacts and the gear housing interior against dirt, the plug housing has an opening with a circumferential rim, through which the plug contacts fixed on the gear housing enter the plug housing. Furthermore the plug housing rests firmly against the gear housing around the opening.

  • Patent number: 4920239
Abstract: In the switch housing of an electric switch a carrier is pivotally mounted between a housing cover plate and an intermediate cover plate by a pivot pin and a bearing bore. The switch lever of the switch can also be rotated about its longitudinal axis independently of the carrier and/or be rotated about an axis which is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the carrier. A linearly movable slide is positioned between a housing base plate and the intermediate cover plate. The slide is adjusted by a movement of the switch lever which is independent of a carrier movement. In order to achieve this in a space-saving and simple way the pivot pin which acts as the carrier bearing in the intermediate cover plate is a hollow pin coupling the switch lever with the slide.
